Shipping Information
Thank you for shopping with Made for Freedom! Every purchase helps provide dignified employment opportunities for survivors of trafficking and individuals from vulnerable communities around the world.
We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Please note:
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- During major sales, holidays, awareness campaigns, or special events, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Custom, bulk, or personalized orders may require additional production time.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and are subject to change without notice.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to many countries worldwide.
Please note:
- International delivery times vary by destination.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or brokerage fees required by their country.
- Made for Freedom is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- Contact us immediately at info@madeforfreedom.com.
- We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
- Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-routed or re-shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Made for Freedom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Email us at info@madeforfreedom.com and we will do our best to assist.
While we cannot guarantee carrier performance, we want every customer to have a positive experience and will work with you toward a reasonable resolution.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will review the situation and work with you on a replacement or appropriate solution.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
Bulk gifting, custom orders, conference orders, and corporate impact gifting projects may have separate production and shipping timelines.
