**Job Description:** We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Event Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will travel to various events to promote and sell our products, share the stories behind them, and engage with potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a flexible side gig who is committed to fighting human trafficking and enjoys connecting with people.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Travel to various events (local and potentially national) to represent Made for Freedom.- Set up and dismantle event displays, including handling and maneuvering 50 lb suitcases.- Engage with customers, share the stories of our products, and explain the impact of their purchases.- Memorize product details and the personal stories of the survivors who make them.- Process sales transactions using provided tech tools (e.g., point-of-sale systems, tablets).- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of products.- Answer questions about the products and the mission of Made for Freedom.- Provide feedback to the team about event outcomes and customer interactions.
**Qualifications:** Passionate about fighting human trafficking and supporting social enterprises.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; enjoys talking to people and telling stories.- Ability to memorize and convey product details and stories accurately.- Flexible schedule with the ability to travel for events.- Physically able to lift and maneuver 50 lb suitcases.- Located in St. Louis, MO.- Good with technology, including using point-of-sale systems and tablets.- Interest in fashion and a good sense of style.- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
